Mr. Zhu Shumin holds a degree of MBA and started his career in 1976.

Mr. Zhu served as General Manager of the Bank of China’s Suzhou Branch and Deputy General Manager of Jiangsu Provincial Branch in 2000, and became General Manager of Jiangsu Provincial Branch in 2003. He took the positions of Global Head for Personal Banking Business at Bank of China in 2009, and Executive Vice President of Bank of China in 2010.

Mr. Zhu joined the Agricultural Development Bank of China in March 2015, and has been serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of the Bank since then.
